Welcome Ceviche

Often while talking to residents on the campaign trail, I heard a desire for more unique restaurants in town. Well, as the new year kicks off, we're getting a new restaurant!

Ceviche Seafood House is now open in the Plymouth City Center, near the Mann theater and Cub Foods (the old El Azteca space).

I was fortunate enough to attend a ribbon cutting yesterday to celebrate this new restaurant! They have really transformed the space inside to something modern, yet comfortable. The cuisine is Peruvian with some Asian influences and the menu looks great.
