I spent a few hours today delivering meals to those in need around Plymouth with Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) and my friendly volunteer driver, Tom.
I couldn't agree more with the qupte above. It shows that little acts of kindness and support go a long way all throughout our community.
